This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how Real Agency LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refunds and cancellations for the AI consulting services and related products purchased through our website (the “Website”). Real Agency LLC provides AI consulting services, including advisory, implementation, and related digital deliverables. Because our services are professional and often delivered or scheduled shortly after purchase, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis as described below.

Requesting a Refund

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us at 1 (800) 571-4922. To help us review your request promptly, please include:

  • The name and email used at the time of purchase.
  • The date of purchase and the order or invoice number.
  • A description of the service or product purchased.
  • The reason for your refund request.

Refund requests should be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this window may still be considered at our discretion.

How Refunds Are Reviewed

Each refund request is evaluated individually. In reviewing a request, we consider factors such as:

  • Whether services have already been scheduled, started, or delivered.
  • The amount of work, consulting time, or deliverables already provided.
  • Any custom or third-party costs incurred on your behalf.

Where services have not yet been delivered, a full or partial refund is more likely to be granted. Where services have been substantially performed or completed, a refund may be reduced or declined to reflect the value already provided.

Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled consultation or ongoing engagement by notifying us in writing. For scheduled sessions, we ask for at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice so the time can be reallocated. For recurring or subscription-based services, cancellation stops future billing; fees already incurred for the current billing period are handled under the refund review process above.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once approved, please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to be processed and to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless otherwise required by law, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully delivered or completed.
  • Fees for custom work, third-party products, or pass-through costs already incurred on your behalf.
  • Promotional, discounted, or final-sale offers expressly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error or have a concern about a transaction, please contact us first at 1 (800) 571-4922 so we can work with you to resolve it. We are committed to addressing billing concerns promptly and fairly before any formal dispute is filed with your bank or card issuer.

Changes to This Policy
